Privacy Policy

At Home Dog Services respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

We only collect the information you choose to send us. When you fill in the consultation form we receive your Identity Data (first name, last name), Contact Data (email address, and telephone number if you choose to give one), and anything you tell us about your dog. We use it to reply to you and to arrange the services you have asked about — nothing else. This website itself keeps no database of enquiries. The form is delivered by FormSubmit, which does hold a copy of what you send for a limited period — set out in full below.

We do not run advertising or analytics tracking on this website, and we do not build a profile of how you browse it.

We will not sell your personal information, and we will not share it with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

Cookies Policy

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device, often used to recognise you across visits. This website does not set any cookies of its own, and it does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. There is nothing here for you to opt in or out of.

Third-Party Services We Rely On

We keep outside services to a minimum. The two below are the only ones involved in an ordinary visit, and we list them so you know exactly who receives what:

• Google Fonts: The site's typefaces are served by Google. Loading them means your browser contacts Google's servers, which makes your IP address visible to Google. No cookie is set and we receive no information about you from this. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• FormSubmit: Our consultation form is delivered by FormSubmit, which passes what you type to our email inbox. It only receives your details if you actually submit the form. FormSubmit also keeps a copy of each submission on its own servers for up to 30 days before deleting it. That retention period is set by FormSubmit, and we are not able to shorten it or turn it off. See FormSubmit.

If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this page before switching them on.

You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies or to tell you when one is being sent. Because this site does not rely on cookies, doing so will not stop any part of it from working.
